RNLI Art Fair

One of my favourite annual events of the year! As many of you will know, I am a strong supporter of this amazing charity, both personally and with my art. This event, held in Newton Ferrers in the South Hams, was one of the very first shows I participated in as a professional artist (ten years ago now!) and I’m delighted to continue to be a regular exhibitor!

Many local artists will be exhibiting at this and there’ll be a wonderful variety of styles and genres to enjoy. The team of volunteers of the RNLI Yealm and District branch work tirelessly each year to put on a great show - and they always succeed!! Like many artists, I always enjoy taking part in art events which raise money for great causes.

I’ve created some newbies for this - coastal pieces, including a big one, shown below. ‘Beach Birds’ is an abstract ocean featuring a few feathered beach loving friends.

The exhibition is running Saturday and Sunday 10 - 5 and 10-4 (sun). You’ll find the community hall on the Green, next to the amazing deli cafe (that’s a new addition this year!) . Children welcome. I definitely recommend popping into the cafe too :))
