Are bespoke size prints available?
Yes, on most prints this is possible. Please get in touch to discuss your ideal size and the options. Bespoke sizes would adjust the cost, depending on size.
How is the artwork delivered?
Artwork is sent tracked via a courier. Tracking details will be sent once the artwork has been collected from the studio. Delivery is usually within 7 working days. although certain items such as giftware tend to have a shorter lead time. Please let us know if you need something by a certain time and we will do our best!
I have purchased more than one item… will that mean I will be charged for delivery more than once?
No, the delivery charge applies to an order. If you have a combination of artwork and home gifts, please select the higher postage value.
When is the gallery open?
The gallery is currently open Wednesdays to Fridays 10 - 4 and Saturday mornings 10 - 1. It is also possible to make an appointment outside of these hours.. Please do not hesitate to get in touch.
What is a Giclee Print?
Pronounced ‘Zhee Clay’, the Giclee printing process is used to describe fine art printing using pigment based, archival quality inks and archival textured acid free paper. It is the gold standard of printing in the art industry and the superior quality ensures protection from colour fading or any form of disintegration, as long as the print is framed in conservation acid free materials.
How do I commission a piece of art?
Jackie undertakes a small number of commissions each year and the best approach is to meet if possible and discuss what you have in mind. Jackie can work from photographs if this is the only option. Prices begin from £500 for a 15 x 15” framed piece. Please get in touch if you’d like to arrange an appointment.
I would rather my artwork was framed in a different style. Is this possible?
Yes, alternative options can be discussed. Occasionally, this will incur an extra charge, depending on the selected frame.
What is a mounted print?
An unframed print, backed and mounted with a 2” or 3” antique white mount, ready to frame. All limited edition prints are accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity.
I would like to return my artwork. What is the process please?
If you receive your order and it is in any way damaged or you decide it’s unsuitable, then no problem at all. Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and a courier collection will be arranged. You will receive a full refund less the postage costs. In the case of damaged artwork, all costs will be refunded.
