Art For Charity
Jackie is very proud to support both local and national charities through her work. With a strong desire to raise awareness for worthwhile causes, she believes art has the power to bring people together, spark conversation and create a positive, lasting impact where it matters most.
She also donates work to a number of worthy causes and charity events each year. There is a limit to how many pieces she can provide, so please get in touch as early in the year as possible if you would like your cause or event to be considered.
RNLI
Jackie has have supported this life‑saving charity for many years, contributing her highly popular RNLI calendars as well as participating in art exhibitions organised by branches across the area.
Living by the ocean for many years has given her firsthand experience and a deep appreciation of the vital work this remarkable charity carries out.
St Lukes Plymouth
St Lukes Hospice Plymouth is an independent, specialised charity providing holistic, free end of life care for people with terminal illnesses across Plymouth, South West Devon and East Cornwall. This wonderful charity supports patients at home, in hospitals and at its 12 bed specialist Turnchapel unit.
Being a former nurse herself, Jackie feels a personal connection to the work of this charity and greatly values the vital services they provide to the community.
She is thrilled that her work will be featured on the front cover of this year’s Open Gardens Brochure and the original artwork will be a major prize in the Open Garden raffle draw.
