Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are all original textile artworks one of a kind?
Yes. Each piece is individually created by Jackie using layers of vintage and rescued fabric, free-motion embroidery and hand embellishment. This artwork is completely unique, with no reproduction prints produced.

  • How are the artworks made?
Each piece is built up slowly using reclaimed and vintage textiles, stitching and hand-finished details.

  • Are the artworks framed?
All originals are sold framed. If you would prefer an alternative frame, please get in touch with Jackie to discuss options.

  • What kind of glass is used?
Every original is glazed with non-reflective UV-protective glass to protect if from fading and give a glare free appearance.

  • How should I care for textile art?
Please avoid prolonged direct sunlight, excess moisture and heat, and to dust the frame gently rather than touching the textile surface. Further care instructions can be found here
